Contest Policy:

Since I usually host an array of giveaways, I wanted to post a standard contest policy that will be the set regulations for all contests host at The Story Siren.

With giveaways using Google Docs… the following guidelines apply:

  • All contests are open to those 13 years of age or older.
  • Prizes will be sent out directly upon the completion of the contest. As such, addresses will be required in the contest form.
  • Contest winners will not be announced on the blog, but winners will be notified by email.
  • Winners are chosen by Random Number Generator.
  • I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.
  • I hold the right to end a contest before its original deadline without any prior notice.
  • I hold the right to disqualify any entry as I see fit.

For giveaway using Rafflecopter:

  • All contest are open to those 13 years of age or older.
  • Winners will be notified by email after the completion of the contest.
  • Winners will be announced in the Rafflecopter widget.
  • Winners have 48 hours to reply to the initial email or another winner will be chosen.
  • I am not responsible for items lost in the mail.
  • I hold the right to end a contest before its original deadline without any prior notice.
  • I hold the right to disqualify any entry as I see fit.
