After five months of sheer absolute craziness I was going back to being plain old background D.J. Three words; insightful, bittersweet, & inspiring.
This is one of my most favorite young adult series. D.J. is one of the best female protagonists that I’ve ever encountered. I’m sincerely going to miss her. If you haven’t read this series, I highly recommend that you do, if you’re a fan, I think the last book will leave you satisfied.
Although not quite as exciting as it’s predecessors, Front & Center is still a strong finish for the series. Murdock addresses real issues of any high school student through the fears, concerns, and pressures that D.J. experiences. And thankfully D.J.’s one of a kind narration continues to shine.
This is just such a fantastic series! Its’ full of eclectic, memorable characters. It’s wonderfully written. It’s one of those books I’m sure will resonate with teens.

I totally agree!! I finished FRONT AND CENTER last week, and loved it. DJ is such a great character, and I will definitely miss her. This is a series I will definitely re-read.

I've loved this series so much – can't wait for the last installment. I was really pleased to see girls + sports in a well-written, wonderful YA book when I picked up the first one, and now I'm invested and interested in DJ's future. Nice review!

I'm so sad this series is ending!!! I started reading a few years ago, and I've been a fan ever since. DJ's story is so relatable and the writing is smooth too. I can't wait to see what's next for DJ, which means I seriously need to get a copy!
