Books to Pine For (25)

Books to pine for… a collection of various Young Adult titles that have yet to be released. Books to pine for are found on my aimless wanderings on Amazon.com and Young Adult author websites. Almost all the titles mentioned are not in my possession, but oh… how I wish they were.

to pine (third-person singular simple present pines, present participle pining, simple past and past participle pined)

(intransitive) To long, to yearn so much that it causes suffering. (yep that pretty much sums it up)

My original books to pine for post: Books to Pine For, has a wide range of titles, some have been released since its post date. I hadn’t intended to make Books to Pine For a regular feature, but I continued to find books that caught my interest, thus, more posts where made: check out all the books to pine for posts!

A few of the Pine For books today are repeats, but they have SHINY NEW covers! So, I just had to show them off, again.

I Know! Half of this list at least is on my own pining list. Such beautiful covers.

Wow, such amazing books, even though they really do induce suffering since I want to read them now and not have to wait for them forever! Personally, I'm absolutely DYING to read WISH and THE MARK (I want them so badly it hurts!!), but I've also checked out some other new titles! Great list, as always! :)

The Forbidden Sea, by Sheila Nielson is fabulous. At least the manuscript she sent to the publishers was. I worked with her at the time and read it and couldn't put it down. Best mermaid story out there. :)

I don't like the new cover for The Dead-Tossed Waves. Maybe if I hadn't seen the original cover, this one would be okay. I agree with you about Albatross.

I love that Wish cover!! Have you actually seen it? It's all glittery!!!!
Nice compilation you did! I just love this feature!
Maybe you could add a link to goodreads for each book. Just an idea, I know it's more work and I dont actually know how many people do have goodreads anyway.. Great job! ;D

Yikes–the Albatross cover is really not pretty at all! And I'm majorly disappointed in the new Dead-Tossed Waves. The old one was so much better. Wish looks awesome. I do like a book with a sparkly cover…LOL :D

PS. Have you seen the new Airhead Book 3 cover? Jennifer over at YABOOKNERD posted it earlier today, and it's awesome!
