I am currently reading Forest Born by Shannon Hale and it holds up by itself, without having read the Books of Bayern series before (I've only read the first in the series, and her other one-shot books).
Boy Toy by Barry Lyga is also very awesome, if a tough read.
Xander! Yay. I love seeing Xander, he looks a lot like a rottie I used to have. So adorable.
You and your a lot of books! Geez! I hope you have a big house. hee!
And how awesome is Xander?!?!
Happy reading and hope you have a great week ahead!

I LOVED Tricks (http://starvingforbooks.blogspot.com/2009/08/tricks-by-ellen-hopkins.html), and I can't wait to read Soulstice! I'm excited to hear about Sphinx Princess, although the cover looks a lot like her Nobody's series.
I'm looking foward reading your review of Lady Macbeth's Daughter. Sounds like an interesting twist!
Unfortunately, my laptop is not running fast enought today to watch your vlog but I'll try again tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing - I look forward to your post each week!
Secondly, it looks like you got some amazing books, I'm envious of Forest Born and The Tear Collector, and Fatal Child (I like how thick it looks!). Actually, all of those books look great. I hope you have fun reading them all :-)
