MY COMPUTER CRASHED!
It’s dead. R.I.P. I’m trying to fix it, but I have a feeling I’m going to have to take it in to get fixed. Which means I’m out of commission…. no email, no blog. Of course I was going to post everything today…. all my reviews are in my computer, which means they will all probably be lost.
I’m at mom and dad’s right now, with their incredibly slow dial-up connection! Which is how I’m able to post this. GRRR…
If you’ve emailed me, I’m not sure when I will be able to give responses. This only reaffirms my suspicions that I need a new computer!

On no, poor Kristi! That’s awful! I can sympathize though. My old computer had gotten struck by lightning last year on Mother’s Day.
I was able to recover nearly all my stuff, thankfully. Course, I had to get a new computer. Hope you can get most your stuff recovered.
Oh shoot, I hate when that happens. It’s even worse when you lose everything and don’t have a backup. Hope everything gets fixed and you didn’t lose anything!

When my computer crashed, a colleague of mine was able to recover all my files for me. So I hope you can recover all yours too.

I’m sorry about your computer. They always seem to die at the worst times… likes during finals or when you are in the middle of a paper. I hope that you can at least get your files recovered. I’ll be crossing my fingers for you… and maybe even my toes just for extra luck!
Hope you have backups. I’m computer challenged. Luckily my guy isn’t. Hope all is well soon.
OH NO! That’s terrible.
That happened to my computer last year, and we managed to save everything to disks, then reupload everything to the computer. Hopefully you can recover everything from your computer!

Aw, I’m sorry Kristi! I know what it’s like having your computer crash (with everything on it). I just went through this a few months ago.

P.S. DON’T restore it. Just take it in to get fixed. If you restore it then it’s nearly impossible to get anything off of it.
